Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ShutterGlow, the web dashboard and the iPad application (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account and organization
- You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping credentials secure.
- Organization owners and admins control who joins their organization and what operators can access.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only to operate legitimate photo booth events with the consent of your clients and their guests.
- You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to photographing people at your events, including obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction.
- No attempts to access other organizations’ data.
Photos and guest content
Photos captured at events are stored on your booth device, not on our servers. You and your clients own that content; we claim no rights to it. You are solely responsible for how it’s used and shared.
Availability
The booth app is designed to run offline during events, but the dashboard and sync depend on internet connectivity and third-party providers. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Billing, renewal and refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance at the price and interval shown at checkout (monthly or yearly). The price displayed is the total charged. No tax is added at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation stops future charges and your plan continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- You can start for free without a payment method. We’ll give notice before any price change takes effect.
- Except where a refund is required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law guarantees below), payments already made are non-refundable.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for failing to comply with such a guarantee can be limited, it is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
Liability
Subject to the “Consumer guarantees” section above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
